Den smakar verkligen som en helt vanlig lasagne! Och nej, nu snackar vi inte om att anv\u00e4nda zucchini ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r pasta utan vi snackar <em>riktig<\/em> pasta. N\u00e5ja, LCHF pasta som ser ut och smakar som riktigt pasta&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/enhalsosammarekropp\/files\/2015\/01\/IMG_3045.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-175\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/enhalsosammarekropp\/files\/2015\/01\/IMG_3045-755x566.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3045\" width=\"755\" height=\"566\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/enhalsosammarekropp\/files\/2015\/01\/IMG_3045-755x566.jpg 755w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/enhalsosammarekropp\/files\/2015\/01\/IMG_3045-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/enhalsosammarekropp\/files\/2015\/01\/IMG_3045.jpg 1624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Jag b\u00f6rjade med lasagneplattorna:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u00e4gg<\/li>\n<li>250 g f\u00e4rskost<\/li>\n<li>1 dl fiberhusk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 150 grader<\/li>\n<li>Vispa \u00e4ggen por\u00f6st<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt f\u00e4rskost och fiberhusk och vispa ihop<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla cirka 10 minuter (det ska bli som en kladdig smet)<\/li>\n<li>Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t s\u00e5 tunt du kan<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i 10-15 minuter<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e4r i lagom stora plattor (blir det \u00f6ver kan du ju sk\u00e4ra i smala strimmor och g\u00f6ra linguine!)<\/li>\n<li>H\u00f6j ugnsv\u00e4rmen till 225 grader<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Sedan gjorde jag k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 hackad gul l\u00f6k<\/li>\n<li>500 g k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater naturell<\/li>\n<li>1 burk krossade tomater chili<\/li>\n<li>2 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 st gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk basilika<\/li>\n<li>1 st pressad vitl\u00f6ksklyfta<\/li>\n<li>salt och peppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Bryn k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen tillsammans med l\u00f6ken<\/li>\n<li>Tills\u00e4tt resten av ingredienserna och l\u00e5t puttra en stund<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs i botten.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll vispgr\u00e4dde blandat med riven ost (detta ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r bechamels\u00e5s) \u00f6ver k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lager lasagneplattor. Upprepa detta tills k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s och plattor tar slut.<\/li>\n<li>Avsluta med ett lager k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5s och en massa riven ost<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i cirka 20 minuter<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Servera med en krispig gr\u00f6nsallad till!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">S\u00e5 gott!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Det h\u00e4r receptet M\u00c5STE ni prova (om ni \u00e4lskar lasagne lika mycket som jag).
