Sen fick jag inviga min nya shaker fr\u00e5n BMR, love it! Den \u00e4r s\u00e5 snygg, det underl\u00e4ttar verkligen tr\u00e4ningen lite granna;)\u00a0B\u00f6rjade tr\u00e4ningen med en powerwalk ned till gymmet, fortsatte sedan med crosstrainern i cirka 20 minuter. Sen k\u00f6rde jag rygg och br\u00f6st och avslutade med mage. Haha b\u00f6rjar l\u00e5ta som en tr\u00e4ningsblogg.
