Men jag \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 ganska lyckligt lottad av att jag har bra \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttning och snabb fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning, men f\u00f6r det s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver man ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 tr\u00e4na f\u00f6r att man ska k\u00e4nna sig b\u00e4ttre i kroppen och bli lite fastare.<\/p>\n<p>jag har ju gymkort p\u00e5 en av dem finare gymmen h\u00e4r i stan, men m\u00e5ste bara orka mig ned vilket ej \u00e4r s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt, tar v\u00e4l ca: 10 minuter haha. Men som sagt \u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 tr\u00e5kigt att tr\u00e4na sj\u00e4lv, hatar verkligen det. F\u00f6rut gick jag ju j\u00e4mnt p\u00e5 klasser bara f\u00f6r att det k\u00e4ndes b\u00e4ttre, d\u00e5 tr\u00e4nade jag p\u00e5 Sats.
