Det tycker jag att jag f\u00f6rtj\u00e4nade efter gympasset. K\u00f6rde ganska h\u00e5rt \u00e4nd\u00e5, hihi. K\u00f6rde kondition samt lite rumpa och l\u00e5r plus magen, som alltid \ud83d\ude09 S\u00e5 nu hoppas jag att jag h\u00e5ller mig frisk, f\u00f6r nu j\u00e4klar ska det bli n\u00e5gon ordning! M\u00e5ste sk\u00e4rpa mig med kosten ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ter alldeles f\u00f6r d\u00e5ligt. Men som sagt s\u00e5 hatar jag att laga mat, \u00e4ven om jag \u00e4r ganska duktigt p\u00e5 det, synd att man ej har intresset d\u00e4r bara.
