Sen hade jag inte kunnat k\u00f6ra med n\u00e5gra vikter p\u00e5 grund av att jag har str\u00e4kt mig i axelpartiet. Men b\u00f6rjar k\u00e4nnas lite b\u00e4ttre nu n\u00e4r jag har f\u00e5tt lite massage och sm\u00f6rjt med voltaren. S\u00e5 hoppas jag att jag kan k\u00f6ra lite f\u00f6rsiktigt sen n\u00e4sta vecka.
