Det b\u00f6rjar ta sig nu n\u00e4r jag \u00e4ndrat om mitt tr\u00e4ningsschema lite. K\u00f6r mer cardio och g\u00f6r fler reps per set med l\u00e4ttare vikter sen brukar jag avsluta med att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 mer vikt p\u00e5 dem sista repsen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 det d\u00e4r extra trycket. Och det har verkligen visat sig. N\u00e5got jag fortfarande har sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r och \u00e4r d\u00e5lig med \u00e4r kosten. K\u00e4nns som jag \u00e4ter samma sak hela tiden. Men har nu f\u00e5tt ett grymt recept av en v\u00e4n p\u00e5 en kycklinggryta som ska vara kalorisn\u00e5l samtidigt som den \u00e4r full med vitaminer. Hade t\u00e4nkt testa p\u00e5 det sen i helgen n\u00e4r man har lite mer tid. D\u00e5 det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag har ont om s\u00e5 \u00e4r det tid. Brukar alltid laga all kyckling plus gr\u00f6nsaker i ugnen f\u00f6r att det g\u00f6r snabbast. Men nu ska det bli lite \u00e4ndring.
