S\u00e5 ska jag \u00e4ntligen tillbaks och svettas! Orkar inte vila l\u00e4ngre:\/ men blir nog en mjukstart s\u00e5 att kroppen inte f\u00e5r en chock. Tog en bild imorse efter morgonens pw. Kan s\u00e4ga att dem \u00e4r typ det viktigaste n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller min tr\u00e4ning g\u00e5r alltid upp varenda morgon hur tr\u00f6tt och d\u00e5lig jag \u00e4n k\u00e4nner mig s\u00e5 ger jag mig ut i sp\u00e5ret.
