Alskar att trana pa morgonen, ger mej energi for resten av dagen. Dom dagarna jag inte tranar pa morgonen kanner jag mej sa slo och trott hela dagen. Sa darfor forsoker jag alltid att klamma in ett traningspass varje morgon. Efter det dricker jag oftast en hemmagjord juice med massa gronsaker i.<\/p>\n<p>Har ar en av mina grona juicer: 1\u00a0knippe Kale(slott), 1\/2\u00a0knippe\u00a0dandeloin(maskros), 3 stemmar\u00a0bokchoi, 1\/2 gurka, 2-3st grona applen, liten bit\u00a0turmoric, liten bit\u00a0ingefara, 1 knippe\u00a0broccoli, 3 stemmar cellery. Maskros ar jatte bra for levern och samma med turmoric, vilket oxa hjalper till att fight cancer, ingefara ar jatte bra for magen och\u00a0tarmarna, cellery hjalper oxa\u00a0mot cancer.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Genom att dricka gronsakerna pa morgonen far jag i mej all naring fran gronsaker for resten av dagen.
