I dag er det overkropp som skal trenes, f\u00e5r se hva det blir, skal trene med min helt egen Personlig Trener som jeg ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5r ta med meg hjem etterp\u00e5, h\u00f8h\u00f8.<\/p>\n<p>Deilig at v\u00e6ret er s\u00e5 fint, bl\u00e5 himmel og sol, liker at h\u00f8sten er s\u00e5 fin nest siste dag i oktober.
