Det ble trening i g\u00e5r selvom jeg ikke b\u00f8r trene n\u00e5r man er forkj\u00f8let, men \u00e5 komme meg ut av huset hjalp litt det ogs\u00e5. Selvom jeg er friskere i dag skal jeg ta det med ro. Har tatt en lang dusj og brukte lang tid p\u00e5 badet i dag, deilig n\u00e5r man ikke trenger \u00e5 stresse.<\/p>\n<p>Det er sol ute i dag s\u00e5 jeg skal komme meg ut p\u00e5 en lang tur f\u00f8r det blir trening senere i dag. Jeg som aldri har likt \u00e5 trene s\u00e5 sent har n\u00e5 begynt \u00e5 ta treningen p\u00e5 ettermiddagen.
