Det skal selvf\u00f8lgelig smake godt, og noen ganger lager jeg jo ogs\u00e5 mat som tar lang tid \u00e5 lage. Som jeg har nevnt et par ganger f\u00f8r har jeg matplan jeg skal f\u00f8lge en m\u00e5ned n\u00e5, jeg skal spise jevnlig og sunt, begge deler er litt nytt for meg, haha. Det er snakk om 3 hovedm\u00e5ltider og 3 mellomm\u00e5ltider.
