Jeg m\u00e5 tvinge meg selv til \u00e5 gj\u00f8re ting. Jeg vet at jeg er lat og ikke s\u00e5 flink til \u00e5 v\u00e6re effektiv. Hvis jeg skal f\u00e5 noe gjort n\u00e5r jeg v\u00e5kner eller kommer inn d\u00f8ra, m\u00e5 jeg gj\u00f8re ting f\u00f8r jeg rekker \u00e5 sette meg i sofaen.
