Det er mitt lille h\u00f8ydepunkt n\u00e5r jeg v\u00e5kner p\u00e5 morgenen, jeg f\u00e5r i meg godteri, win win. Jeg har hatt veldig d\u00e5rlig matlyst i det siste, har mer g\u00e5tt i godteri og usunne ting enn ordentlig mat. Det er ikke bra for kroppen, for jeg f\u00e5r i meg for mye godteri og for lite av de n\u00f8dvendige tingene kroppen trenger hver dag som protein, sunt fett og karbohydrater.
