Beina bruker man hver dag, s\u00e5 de er viktige \u00e5 huske \u00e5 trene. Jeg sliter ogs\u00e5 med l\u00f8se knesk\u00e5ler, alts\u00e5 at senefestene til knesk\u00e5la er slappe og gj\u00f8r at jeg f\u00e5r slitasje p\u00e5 kn\u00e6rne, dette m\u00e5 jeg trene opp ved hjelp av balanse\u00f8velser og forsiktige bein\u00f8velser.
