Vi f\u00e5r bes\u00f8k fra i morgen til s\u00f8ndag, og jeg jobber kveld de 4 dagene. Jeg merker at h\u00e5nden min trenger pause n\u00e5 uansett, s\u00e5 da gj\u00f8r det ikke noe. Jeg sliter med senebetennelse og den blir bare v\u00e6rre og v\u00e6rre. Jeg har kuttet ut trening for \u00e5 la armen slappe av, men virker som det blir v\u00e6rre n\u00e5r den er i ro alt for lenge om gangen. Jeg m\u00e5 kj\u00f8pe nye treningshansker som g\u00e5r helt opp over h\u00e5ndleddene, det er de jeg sliter med.<br \/>\nBrysttrening i dag. Jeg tar ikke mye i benk eller tunge h\u00e5ndevekter enda, men jeg er p\u00e5 vei. Klarer \u00e5 ta mange push-ups etter hverandre som jeg for 1,5 \u00e5r siden ikke kunne ta 1 av en gang.
