Har du skrevet en Mail til noe, s\u00e5 legg fra deg den ballen i stedet for \u00e5 g\u00e5 \u00e5 tenke p\u00e5 det, n\u00e5r du f\u00e5r svar kan du plukke fram den ballen igjen og gj\u00f8re det du skal. G\u00e5r du rundt \u00e5 tenker p\u00e5 hva kommer du f\u00e5 som svar, hva skal du svare tilbake osv, er det lett \u00e5 f\u00e5 stramme skuldre som igjen gir hodepine.
