Har blitt liten tid n\u00e5r soving og hunder skal prioriteres. N\u00e5r jeg har hatt fri har jeg rett og slett ikke orket \u00e5 dra \u00e5 trene. Jeg har ikke v\u00e6rt forn\u00f8yd med kroppen min dette \u00e5ret, og jeg begynte \u00e5 trene igjen, men det har g\u00e5tt litt opp og ned med treningen, og da har jeg gitt opp litt. Har ogs\u00e5 blitt mye usunn mat p\u00e5 b\u00e5de meg og Kristoffer, men n\u00e5 skal vi begynne \u00e5 spise sunt igjen, det fungerer n\u00e5r vi er to om det, lettere \u00e5 motivere og pushe hverandre da.<\/p>\n<p>Skal pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 f\u00e5 trent litt hver uke, det er bedre enn ingenting.
