Man \u00e4r s\u00e5 fruktansv\u00e4rt otr\u00e4nad s\u00e5 det blir en del gn\u00e4ll, hehe ;P\u00a0 Joggade en liten runda, sen k\u00f6rde vi allt fr\u00e5n sits upp till plankan. Man k\u00e4nner verkligen av i kroppen. Blev en bra m\u00e5ltider idag ocks\u00e5. Har k\u00f6pt en naturdiet, choklad som jag ska k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 morgonen till frukost , inte j\u00e4tte god men det duger, innan tr\u00e4ningen avokado, tv\u00e5 \u00e4gg och keso. och till middag grekiska biffar med fetaost, mynta yoghurt s\u00e5s,salsa och sallad. Riktigt gott och nyttigt! F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att k\u00f6pa n\u00f6tter till kv\u00e4llen n\u00e4r s\u00f6tsugen kommer.
