Jag har valt att inte g\u00e5 ner i vikt, utan att beh\u00e5lla min vikt men att \u00e4ta och tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 ett nyttigare s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>LCHF g\u00e5r kortfattat ut p\u00e5 att inte \u00e4ta kolhydrater, socker etc. Utan ist\u00e4llet \u00e4ta k\u00f6tt, fisk, \u00e4gg, ovanjordgr\u00f6nsaker (dvs gr\u00f6nsaker som v\u00e4xer ovan jord exempelvis tomat, gurka, blomk\u00e5l, aubergine etc.) <a title=\"LCHF\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kostdoktorn.se\/lchf\">H\u00c4R<\/a>\u00a0kan ni l\u00e4sa lite mer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ska bli j\u00e4tteintressant att l\u00e4sa p\u00e5 mer om det h\u00e4ra \u00e4mnet, vi har en massa b\u00f6cker om lchf hemma. De ska jag ta mig igenom och l\u00e4sa p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Tipsar \u00e4ven om appen lifesum. Finns till ios, har inte kollat om den finns till Android, appen \u00e4r underbar.
