Jag har sk\u00f6tt kosten och tr\u00e4ningen betydligt b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n innan. Det kan alltid bli \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre helt klart. Det \u00e4r kul n\u00e4r man b\u00e5de ser och k\u00e4nner sig mycket starkare och friskare. Varje morgon f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag k\u00f6ra promenad innan frukost sen ett tr\u00e4ningspass p\u00e5 gymmet! Sk\u00f6ter man kosten lika bra som tr\u00e4ningen kommer resultaten. Dom g\u00e5r hand i hand! Jag ska k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 j\u00e4rnet nu fram till min operation 24:e feb. Sen blir det ingen styrketr\u00e4ning p\u00e5 ett par veckor d\u00e5 f\u00e5r man hitta andra v\u00e4gar \ud83d\ude42 nu \u00e4r det tre veckor kvar och jag ska forts\u00e4tta att g\u00e5 fram\u00e5t! \u00c4r ni intresserade av hur min kost ser ut kan jag l\u00e4gga upp ett inl\u00e4gg om det igen.
