Personlig tr\u00e4ning &#8211; rekommenderar honom verkligen f\u00f6r den som \u00e4r villig att investera i sig sj\u00e4lv. Det h\u00e4r liknar v\u00e4ldigt mycket det jag redan g\u00e5r efter och k\u00f6r p\u00e5 idag. Men tror jag ska testa detta helt och h\u00e5llet f\u00f6r att prova n\u00e5t nytt och variera min tr\u00e4ning. Jag hoppade p\u00e5 4.0 f\u00f6r det va det som lockade och passar mig mest.
