Jag har k\u00e4nt att jag inte kan utf\u00f6ra alla \u00f6vningar \u00e4nnu, det drar och sp\u00e4nner i br\u00f6stet p\u00e5 v\u00e4nster sida n\u00e4r jag tex k\u00f6r drag \u00f6vningar som latsdrag. Och min axel tar stryk varje dag n\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar. Just nu ignorerar jag det men jag kommer inte kunna g\u00f6ra det f\u00f6ralltid.
