Folk g\u00e5r verkligen runt och spekulerar \u00f6ver om jag tar n\u00e5got f\u00f6r att bli s\u00e5 stor\/stark.. Ass\u00e5 kom igen jag \u00e4r inte hulken f\u00f6r fan! Visst att jag har lite mer muskler och s\u00e5 men jag hade ju inte haft den kroppen om jag inte tr\u00e4nat. Det g\u00e4ller att veta vad man h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med ocks\u00e5 vad det g\u00e4ller mat, s\u00f6mn och tr\u00e4ning. Brister kunskaperna d\u00e4r kommer du inte komma l\u00e5ngt.. Sitter du bara hemma i soffan och dr\u00f6mmer om den d\u00e4r kroppen som du alltid velat ha och inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5t \u00e5t det.. H\u00e4nder heller ingenting med din kropp.. Enkelt! Det \u00e4r ganska m\u00e5nga transkillar som inspireras av mig och min kropp och undrar hur jag g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att va s\u00e5 &#8221;fit&#8221; och dels utan testo. Kan jag s\u00e5 kan alla andra, det enda som skiljer oss \u00e4r genetik men man ska inte skylla s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 det heller. En tjej f\u00e5r verkligen slita h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att komma upp i muskelmassa och \u00e4nnu h\u00e5rdare f\u00f6r att bevara den. Det \u00e4r 10 g\u00e5nger l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r killar. Om jag inte underh\u00e5llstr\u00e4nar flera g\u00e5nger i veckan s\u00e5 tappar jag snabbt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r hatar att vara sjuk f\u00f6r det betyder ingen tr\u00e4ning.. Jag har g\u00e5tt ett par utbildningar d\u00e5 mitt m\u00e5l va att bli personlig tr\u00e4nare men jag kom inte s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt. Jag han g\u00e5 steg 1 och 2 teori + tr\u00e4ningsinstrukt\u00f6r, PT va steg 3. Men mitt i utbildningen s\u00e5 va jag med om en trafikolycka som gjorde att jag helt kom av banan jag va sjukskriven runt 6 m\u00e5nader. Kunde inte g\u00e5 tillbaks till mitt arbete som snickare. Kan inte \u00e4n idag g\u00f6ra det f\u00f6r min kropp pallar inte det fysiskt. Det kom ju som en stor k\u00e4ftsm\u00e4ll att inte kunna h\u00e5lla med det man \u00e4lskar och p\u00e5 den niv\u00e5n! Jag k\u00f6r mycket rehab tr\u00e4ning och s\u00e5 mycket min kropp klarar av tills det s\u00e4ger stop. Jag \u00e4ter s\u00e5 cleant jag kan men samtidigt vad jag vill. \u00c4r det n\u00e5got ni undrar \u00f6ver om diet eller tr\u00e4ning vad som helst som ber\u00f6r det \u00e4mnet. Fr\u00e5ga p\u00e5 jag hj\u00e4lper mer \u00e4n g\u00e4rna till..<br \/>\nKroppsformen idag? Jag \u00e4r v\u00e4l n\u00f6jd men den har ju varit b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rut kunde man ju verkligen pressa till max nu f\u00e5r man mest ont \u00f6verallt. Jag tr\u00e4nar inte direkt seri\u00f6st nu heller. Jag \u00e4r sjukt nyfiken p\u00e5 hur min kropp kommer att reagera p\u00e5 testo.. Hur explosiv man blir v\u00e4ldigt intressant! Har f\u00e5tt h\u00f6ra ett och annat av min naprapat\/PT att jag har v\u00e4ldigt bra f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att bygga p\u00e5 mig. Han \u00e4r impad \u00f6ver mitt utseende idag. Sen tror dom flesta att jag redan g\u00e5r p\u00e5 testo. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5nt man vill h\u00f6ra som transperson! S\u00e5 till er som tror att jag pumpar hormoner och tar anbaola vette fan allt va ni hittar p\u00e5 googla det s\u00e5 f\u00e5r ni se hur man ser ut d\u00e5 b\u00e5de tjejer och killar.. People really go around and speculate over whether I&#8217;ll take anything to be so big\/strong.. Caome again I am not Hulk fuck sake! Sure I have some more muscle and so but I would not had the body I have I didint workout. It is important to know what you are doing well in terms of food, sleep and exercise. Deficiencies of knowledge where you will not get far .. Do you sit just at home on the couch and dream about that body that you&#8217;ve always wanted and not doing anything about it .. Then nothing will happen with your body .. simple! There are some trans guys who got inspired of me and my body and wonder how I do to do stay &#8221;fit&#8221; and partly without Testo. Can I so can everyone else, the only thing that separates us is genetics but one should not blame so much on it either. A girl must really work hard to get up in muscle mass and even harder to keep it. That&#8217;s 10 times easier for guys. If I do not maintenance training several times a week so I lose quickly. Therefore hate being sick because it means no training .. I have gone a few courses as my goal right to become a personal trainer but I did not get very far. I did step 1 and 2 Theory + Training Instructor, PT is step 3. But in the midst of education so was I involved in a traffic accident that made me completely came off the pitch I eh sick leave for around 6 months. Could not go back to my work as a carpenter. Can not still do it for my body can not handle that physically. It was of course a big punch in the face not being able to keep up with what you love, and on that level! I do a lot of rehab training and so much my body can handle until it says stop. I eat so clean I can but what I want. Is there anything you wonder about training diet or exercise anything related to that topic. Question on me, I am more than happy to help out.<br \/>\nBody shape today? I am well satisfied but it&#8217;s been better before one when could really push to the max now I get most pain everywhere. I do not train directly seriously now either. I&#8217;m sick curious how my body will react to Testo. how explosive it gets very interesting! I have been told a thing or two from my chiropractor \/ PT that I have very good ability to build muscles on me. He is imprest of my body today. There are many people who think most that I already go on Testo .. Thats exacly want you trans guys want to hear! So for those of you who think I&#8217;m pumps hormones and takes anbaola faced fuck everything right you will find on google it and you will see how it looks when both girls and guys ..
