Jag HAR f&ouml;rbr&auml;nnt MER &auml;n 3500 kalorier &auml;n s&aring; l&auml;nge, men denna registrerar ju bara de kalorier jag f&ouml;rbr&auml;nner n&auml;r jag tr&auml;nar\/g&aring;r med mina Nike+skor. Iag ligger jag efter lite mer &auml;n 1000 kalorier&#8230; vad ska jag g&ouml;ra f&ouml;r att f&ouml;rbr&auml;nna dem? Tv&aring;timmars l&aring;ngpromenad? Jag har inte tid med det! Jag m&aring;ste plugga f&ouml;r min tenta!
