Jag avbokade spinningpasset och joggade\/l&ouml;pte p&aring; l&ouml;pbandet + fys i slutet. Jag &auml;r ute efter ny fys nu &#8211; f&ouml;r armarna! Uppdaterar er n&auml;r jag hittat n&aring;got bra!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Efter tr&auml;ningen &aring;t jag keso blandat med lite solrosk&auml;rnor och massor vatten. N&auml;r jag kom hem &aring;t jag grekisk b&ouml;nsoppa som &auml;r otroligt nyttigt, otroligt m&auml;ttande och j&auml;ttegott!
