De &auml;r kalorisn&aring;la, nyttiga, vitaminberikade och mor&auml;tter inneh&aring;ller &auml;ven fibrer och karoten (som &auml;r ett plus f&ouml;r huden). De &auml;r snabba att fixa (koka, steka, skala, hacka) och man kan ta med sig dem &ouml;verallt. Att det kan g&ouml;ras s&aring; mycket gott med dem &auml;r ju det stora plusset! T&auml;nk en god vegetarisk lasagne med mor&ouml;tter i, eller fiberberikade proteinshakespulverspannkakor (l&aring;ngt ord). Eller bara helt vanligt kokta &auml;gg till surdegsbr&ouml;d och morotssallad med citron.
