Det &auml;r sv&aring;rt i b&ouml;rjan att veta vad som &auml;r mellanm&aring;l, s&aring; jag t&auml;nkte radda upp lite alternativ som jag brukar k&auml;ka:<\/p>\n<p>1. ett gr&ouml;nt &auml;pple (syrligt &auml;r bra f&ouml;r magen, d&aring; det tar bort hungerk&auml;nslan).<br \/>2. mor&ouml;tter (d&ouml;r f&ouml;r det).<br \/>3. keso med n&aring;gon frukt i, tex. ett gr&ouml;nt &auml;pple.<br \/>4. lite n&ouml;tter. med m&aring;tta dock och naturella.<br \/>5. en smoothie. allt fr&aring;n fruktsmoothie till gr&ouml;nsakssmoothie. blanda och testa!<br \/>6. avokado<br \/>7. ett &auml;gg.<\/p>\n<p>lite alternativ av vad ni kan &auml;ta till mellanm&aring;l. jag brukar &auml;ta mer eller mindre enbart mor&ouml;tter, ett syrligt &auml;pple (ett om dagen) och n&ouml;tter till mellanm&aring;l.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/178154.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/178154.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>bl&aring;b&auml;rssmoothie g&aring;r snabbt och &auml;r sjukt gott!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>jag f&ouml;rs&ouml;ker &auml;ta tre stycken ordentliga m&aring;l om dagen och 2-3 mellanm&aring;l om dagen.
