Jag f&ouml;ljer GI d&auml;r dem s&auml;ger att det &auml;r okej att &auml;ta ost s&aring; l&auml;nge det &auml;r h&aring;rdost och en viss procent fett. Mitt nya m&aring;l &auml;r att utesluta all slags ost (f&ouml;rutom keso och philadelphia). Hur ska detta g&aring;? Jag som &Auml;LSKAR ost! Jag kan t.om. &auml;ta enbart ost till lunch ibland &#8211; n&aring;got som iof &auml;r J&Auml;TTEd&aring;ligt.
