H\u00e4lsa f\u00f6r mig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>H&auml;lsa f&ouml;r mig handlar om att m&aring; bra. Vara i harmoni, k&auml;nna en balans i livet och med sig sj&auml;lv. K&auml;nna &#8221;nej, jag beh&ouml;ver inte k&ouml;pa godis eller dr&auml;nka mig i coca cola f&ouml;r att m&aring; bra&#8221;. K&auml;nna sig fr&auml;sch och vacker varje dag man vaknar upp, oavsett v&auml;der, kl&auml;der i garderoben eller vikt p&aring; v&aring;gen. Detta &auml;r h&auml;lsa f&ouml;r mig!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enligt mig &aring;stadkommer man denna h&auml;lsa genom att tr&auml;na regelbundet, &auml;ta regelbundet (nyttig mat, utan overkill) och dricka massor med vatten s&aring; att kroppen aldrig beh&ouml;ver t&ouml;rsta. Jag tror att fint h&aring;r, fina naglar, fin hy och <em>glow <\/em>kommer allt eftersom om man g&ouml;r detta och m&aring;r bra s&aring; l&auml;nge man g&ouml;r det. Det &auml;r okej att unna sig en kladdkakebit n&aring;gon g&aring;ng om man k&auml;nner att det inte kommer rubba harmonin med sig sj&auml;lv genom negativa konsekvenser som t.ex. &aring;ngest. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/193279.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/193279.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H&auml;lsa f&ouml;r mig handlar om att m&aring; bra.
