Passar utm&auml;rkt till lunch, mellanm&aring;l (d&aring; man kan frysa in dem) eller f&ouml;r att bjuda p&aring; n&auml;r man har g&auml;ster! 8 &#8211; 10 stycken. OBS!&nbsp;(2,36 dl ca 2,4 dl = 1 cup. Detta &auml;r ett amerikanskt recept).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ingredienser:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>8 stora ekologiska &auml;gg<\/li>\n<li>1,2 dl mj&ouml;lk<\/li>\n<li>1 matsked sm&ouml;r<\/li>\n<li>2,4 dl t&auml;rnad zucchini&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2,4 dl t&auml;rnad r&ouml;d paprika<\/li>\n<li>2,4 dl skivade f&auml;rska champinjoner<\/li>\n<li>1 t&auml;rnad purjol&ouml;k<\/li>\n<li>4 msk f&auml;rsk finhackad persilja<\/li>\n<li>1 tesked havssalt<\/li>\n<li>&frac12; tesked svartpeppar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. V&auml;rm ugnen p&aring; 175 grader. Om ni har en muffinsform anv&auml;nd den, annars kan man testa med muffinsformer av pl&aring;t eller likande h&aring;rt material &#8211; sm&ouml;rj in den\/dem i sm&ouml;r.<br \/>2. Vispa &auml;ggen och mj&ouml;lken i en stor sk&aring;l. l&auml;gg den &aring;t sidan ett tag.<br \/>3. L&auml;gg i sm&ouml;ret i en stekpanna p&aring; medelh&ouml;g v&auml;rme och bryn zucchini, r&ouml;d paprika, champinjoner och purjol&ouml;k tills dem blir mjuka (ca 5 minuter).<br \/>4. Ta bort pannan fr&aring;n v&auml;rmen och r&ouml;r in persilja, havssalt och peppar.<br \/>5. L&auml;gg in gr&ouml;nsakerna i &auml;ggr&ouml;resk&aring;len och r&ouml;r om f&ouml;rsiktigt, bara s&aring; det beblandar sig.<br \/>6. Fyll muffinsformen eller liknande en tredjedel till kanten.
