Det blev inte s&aring; l&aring;ngt, utan bara 2 km ungef&auml;r, d&aring; jag hade med min lillasyster som inte orkar lika l&auml;nge i det tempot jag g&aring;r. Halv tolv var jag p&aring; ett otroligt <strong>Body Balance-pass<\/strong>! Instrukt&ouml;ren var s&aring; fantastiskt bra tyckte jag och passet var sammansatt grymt bra, med mycket mage idag!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jag tog d&auml;refter en l&aring;ng sv&auml;ng inne i stan och br&auml;nde hela 350 kalorier och kom hem till god hericot verts-gryta.
