Om man utesluter br&ouml;det i salladen s&aring; kan det nog inte bli nyttigare &auml;n s&aring;h&auml;r! Jag ska g&ouml;ra det imorgon till lunch (funkar &auml;ven som frukost). <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alltommat.se\/recept\/kesosallad-med-r%C3%B6kt-lax-dill-och-%C3%A4gg-8140\" target=\"_blank\">H&auml;r har ni receptet.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Imorse &aring;t jag anyway &auml;gghack med r&ouml;kta kalkonskivor och avokado och sj&auml;lvklart lite &ouml;rtsalt, och till det drack jag gr&ouml;nt te. du beh&ouml;ver det h&auml;r:<\/p>\n<p>2-3 h&aring;rdkokta &auml;gg<br \/>halv avokado<br \/>3-4 skivor r&ouml;kt kalkon<br \/>kan toppas med persilija eller\/och dill om man vill!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>koka &auml;ggen, hacka dem och s&aring; &auml;ven kalkonskivorna samt &#8221;gr&auml;v&#8221; ut avokadon och &#8221;hacka&#8221; den med. blanda ihop allting i en sk&aring;l och toppa med persilijan eller\/och dillen. &auml;r och njut!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/179324.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/179324.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>hittade ett v&auml;ldigt gott recept precis p&aring; allt om mat: Kesosallad med r&ouml;kt lax!
