Det blir bara gammalt hederligt l&ouml;pband i en halvtimme, en kvarts stegmaskin och tjugo minuters fys! Idag k&ouml;r jag igen det h&auml;r passet som jag tycker var v&auml;ldigt effektivt och bra senast jag k&ouml;rde det!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Till frukost &auml;ter jag ett stekt &auml;gg, en avokado med &ouml;rtsalt och keso + lite paprikaskivor samt gurka. med ett glas gr&ouml;nt te till det (s&aring;klart).<\/p>\n<p>\n<object style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" data=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/o1Uc86SH6h4\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\"><param name=\"data\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/o1Uc86SH6h4\" \/><param name=\"src\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/o1Uc86SH6h4\" \/><\/object>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Skriv upp alla &ouml;vningar och ta med er det till gymmet! F&ouml;rs&ouml;k dock att inte ta l&aring;nga pauser emellan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Det blir effektivare.
