Anki \u00e4r n\u00e4ringsfysiolog, f\u00f6rel\u00e4sare och har \u00e4ven den fina vanan att skriva f\u00f6r samma tidning som mig &#8211; BODY Magazine. I m\u00e5ndags h\u00f6ll hon dessutom\u00a0en f\u00f6rel\u00e4sning p\u00e5 planet fitness inom kost d\u00e4r jag n\u00e4rvarade och gick l\u00f6s p\u00e5 maten som serverades. Kul var ocks\u00e5 att 2 st andra som var d\u00e4r k\u00e4nde igen mig fr\u00e5n Fitnesspodden och d\u00e4rmed kom fram f\u00f6r att h\u00e4lsa. I \u00f6vrigt f\u00f6rbj\u00f6d Anki mig fr\u00e5n att st\u00e4lla fr\u00e5gor under f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen f\u00f6r att vi inte skulle vara kvar till kl 01.00 p\u00e5 natten. EN fr\u00e5ga fick jag dock st\u00e4lla, och mer kr\u00e4vdes inte f\u00f6r att jag skulle f\u00f6rst\u00f6ra f\u00f6rel\u00e4sningen. I alla fall lite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Vi har f\u00e5tt en hel del feedback p\u00e5 podden, framf\u00f6rallt p\u00e5 instagram. B\u00e5de p\u00e5 @fitnesspodden men faktiskt fr\u00e4mst p\u00e5 min egna @metropolisgym_daniel av n\u00e5gon anledning. Kul \u00e4r det i alla fall d\u00e5 feedbacken varit v\u00e4ldigt positiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">S\u00e5g bland annat att det var en person som nyligen hade hittat podden och d\u00e5 lyssnat igenom ALLA avsnitt under bara n\u00e5gra dagar. Alltid intressant att notera hur folk tr\u00e4nar. Kan konstatera att OLW l\u00e4r ringa till killen som tr\u00e4nade marklyft &#8211;\u00a0dom vill nog ha tillbaka sin ostb\u00e5geform.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Ny inspelning p\u00e5 fredag med ninjan fr\u00e5n Sm\u00e5land (Robban).
