Today I made up a new pancake recipe. We did’nt have so much food at home so I just took what we had. And the result went out amazing! The pancakes is made of whole wheat flour (we didnt have anything else home) so I cant say how ”clean” they are but they are low in calorie and that is what I’m most intrested of, the calories.
Makes 9 pancakes.
1/2 dl whole wheat flour (or a healthyer option of flour. Maybe oatflour or almond flour?)
1/2 dl low fat cottage cheese
3 eggwhites
2 tbsp milk
2 1/2 tsp stevia
1 tsp vanillia extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix all the ingredients together an fry them in a non stick pan. Serve with whatever you like, I had mine with nectarine, rasberrys and honey.

1/2 dl vete mjöl (För hälsosammare: havremjöl, mandelmjöl, grahamsmjöl etc)
1/2 dl lätt keso
3 äggvitor
2 msk mjölk
2 1/2 tsk stevia strö
1 tsk vaniljpulver
1/2 tsk bakpulver
Vispa samman alla ingredienserna till en slät pannkakssmet. Stek plättarna tills de börjar bubbla lite på ena sidan då vet man att det är dags att vända på dem.
