Today I made this healthy version of banana split for breakfast. So this is a little tip on a healthy snack that feels more luxurious.

1 banana
100 g low fat cottage cheese
50 g warm rasberrys/blueberrys
(Stevia or honey if you want to make it sweeter. I used stevia)
Cut banana in half lengthwise. Top the banana with cottage cheese and warm berries and maybe some sweetener.

Total carbs: 32,5 g
Protein: 12,5 g

1 dl lätt keso
50 g hallon/blåbär
(Stevia strö eller honung om man vill ha det lite sötare. Jag hade lite stevia på min)
Dela bananen på längden. Toppa bananhalvorna med keson och varma bär och eventuellt honungen eller sötningsmedel.
