1/2 Mashed banana
3 tbsp grahamflour
2 tbsp milk
10 g melted butter
3 tbsp stevia (Or honey but hte calories will be higer)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cacao powder
Mix all the dry ingredients together and after that put the milk, melted butter and the mashed banana in the same bowl. Microwave for 1,5 minutes. ENJOY!

10 g smält smör
2 msk mjölk
3 msk grahamsmjöl
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål och tillsätt sedan mjölken och smöret. In i mikron i 1,5 minuter!
