Today I had a great workout with my mom and I burned about 500 calories, woho!
Swedish: Idag blev det en riktigt lyckad träning med min mamma och jag brände runt 500 kalorier, woho!
Quick warm up:
1 minute: Alternating froggers
1 minute: Burpees
30 seconds: Squat hold
30 seconds: Squat jumps
1 minute: 2 feet plank side hops
30 secods: Tuck jumps
You will need 2-5 kg dumbbells. 15 minutes arms.
1 minute: Frogger to shoulder press
1 minute: Side lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Modified triceps press
1 minute: Alternating forward lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Side lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Frogger to shoulder press
1 minute: Plank fron raise to rotation
1 minute: Modified triceps press
1 minute: Alternating forward lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Side lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Frogger to shoulder press
1 minute: Plank fron raise to rotation
1 minute: Modified triceps press
1 minute: Alternating forward lunge with arm curl
1 minute: Side lunge with arm curl
You will need a medecine ball, 15 minutes core workout.
1 minute: V-ups
1 minute: Full extensions
1 minute: Suitcases
1 minute: Side plank crunches
1 minute: Frogger with swivel
1 minute: V-ups
1 minute: Full extensions
1 minute: Suitcases
1 minute: Side plank crunches
1 minute: Frogger with swivel
1 minute: Plank
1 minute: Side plank
1 minute: Opposite arm/leg supermans
1 minute: Kick downs
10 min powerwalk at the treadmill and 10 minute stretch.
