Todays workout

Today I went to the gym at my lucnh break. I did some cicicut training. it was really fun and I will for sure be sore tomorrow when I wake up! 
 
Warm up: Punching a punching bag 3 minutes FAST.
 
1 minute: Squats with weights 
10 seconds: Rest.
1 minute: Squats with weights
10 seconds: Rest
1 minute: Squats with weights
1 minute: Clean wih weights
10 seconds: Rest

1 minute: Clean wih weights
10 seconds: Rest

1 minute: 3 upright rows, 3 Straight deadlifts (Do first 3 upright rows then 3 deadlifts and do that for 1 minute)
