Food Diary: 2012-12-06

Breakfast: Eggwhite oatmeal topped with a mixture made of low fat quark, low fat cottage cheese, stevia and cacao powder, raspberries on top of that and 2 ricecakes on the side. 
Snack: 1 granny smith apple 
Lunch: Tuna, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and salad. 
Snack:  A mixture made of low fat quark, low fat cottage cheese, stevia and cacao powder.
Pre-workout: Oatmeal topped with cottage cheese, quark and peanutbutter.
Workout.
Post workout: Proteinbar
”Dinner”: Cottage cheese, orange, apple, banana, broccolie, raspberries and quark.
