Pre-workout breakfast: Refrigerator chocolate oatmeal topped with low fat cottage cheese and raspberries
Post- workout snack: 1 Proteinbar
Lunch: Eggwhites, turkey, Mini carrots, low fat cottage cheese
Snack 1: Apples with peanut butter
Snack 2: Ice cream at mc donalds
Snack 3: 1/2 banana layerd with peanut butter
Snack 3: 2 Rice cakes
Dinner: Salmon and zucchini pasta
Dessert: Heathy chocolate balls
Snack 4: Chocolate banana graham cake
Snack 5: 2 Rice cakes, alpto soya vanillia dessert
Snack 6: Low fat cottage cheese
 
Total calories: 2171
Exercise calories: 900
NET calories: 1271
 
Today I did better than usually even though i should have eaten 677 calories more! But well Im happy with my day!
