Chocolate balls (HIGH IN PROTEIN)

Guys, you HAVE to try these healthy chocolate balls. They are delicious and the best part is that its more protein than carbs! Woho, score!
 
Makes 5.
125 g low fat cottage cheese
1/2 dl oats
2 tbsp cacao powder
3,5 tbsp stevia (honey is working too but the calories will be higher. They are probably tastyer with honey)
Pinch of vanillia extract
1 tsp coffee
 
Topping:
1 tbsp coconut flakes
 
Mix cottage cheese with a hand blender until it becomes smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients. Make small balls and roll them in the coconut flakes. Put them in the freezer for 10 minutes. ENJOY!

1/2 dl havregryn
2 msk kakao
3,5 msk stevia (Funkar med honung också men kaloriinehållet blir högre. Det är troligtvis godare med honung)
1 krm vanilj pulver
1 tsk kaffe
 
Topping:
1 msk kokos flingor
 
Mixa keson med en stav mixer tills det blir en slät smet. Blanda i resten av ingredienserna och rulla till små bollar. Rulla bollarna i kokos flingor och ställ in i frysen i tio minuter. NJUT!
