Of course but I dont remember witch time I had all meals.
Breakfast: Oatmeal topped with low fat vanillia yoghurt, low fat cottage cheese and raspberries. 2 rice cakes and one satsumas.
Snack 1: 2 rice cakes, 1 satsumas, 1 portions alrpso soya vanillia pudding
Lunch: Skyr high protein yoghurt, 1 satsumas some mini carrots
Pre workout: Oatmeal topped with low fat vanillia yoghurt and low fat cottage cheese
Dinner: Ceasar salad
Snack 2: Ice cream at mc donalds (150 calories its not that bad enjoy sometimes!)
Post workout: 1 Atkins proteinbar
Snack 3: Low fat cottage cheese and 1 granny smith apple
Exercise: (2 hours) Step class and NTC class at the gym. NTC = Nike Training Club and its a class inspired by Nikes training app.
Calories from food: 1925
Exercise calories: 975
NET calories: 950
Dont tell me that i had to little food today. Im working on it but its hard.
