Food diary: 2012-11-3

Breakfast: 1 Froosh smoothie 
Snack 1: Proteinbar + 1 satsumas
Breakfast nr 2: Chocolate graham panckaes with low fat yoghurt
Snack 2: 2 rice cakes
Lunch: Tuna, scrambled eggs and 1 rice cake
Snack 3: Graham chocolate/banana microwave cake
Dinner: Chicken with veggies
Snack 4: Low fat vanillia yoghurt topped with raspberries
Challange for this week, eat 25 grams of chocolate. I have exercised every day this week so I thought it was okey, im proud of myself that I did it.
