Banana/rasberry oatmeal cupcakes

Makes 3 cupcakes.
1/4 dl oats
1/2 mashed banana
100 g eggwhites (3 eggwhites),
50 g rasberrys (works with other fruits and berrys too).
 
Mix it all together and put them in muffin cups. Put it in the microwave 3-5 minutes. You can add wich topping you want, i had low fat cottage cheese and nectarines.

3 cupcakes.
1/4 dl havregryn
1/2 mosad banan
100 g äggvita (ca 3 ägg)
50 g hallon. (Funkar svälvklart med andra bär eller frukter också).
 
Lägg ”smeten” i muffinsformar och kör in i Mikron på full effekt i 3-5 minuter
