D\u00c5 vill jag verkligen tr\u00e4na i s\u00e4llskap, hon gjorde mig super motiverad och de g\u00e5nger jag tr\u00e4nat med henne s\u00e5 klarade b\u00e5de hon och jag att lyfta tyngre \u00e4n vad vi annars g\u00f6r. \u00a0Men om det \u00e4r &#8221;mycket prat och liten verkstad&#8221; som det ofta blir n\u00e4r man tr\u00e4nar med andra s\u00e5 tr\u00e4nar jag hellre sj\u00e4lv och k\u00f6r fullt ut och tr\u00e4ffar kompisen efter tr\u00e4ningen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Har du n\u00e5gra tr\u00e4ningsredskap hemma?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nej, inte direkt. Jag brukar tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 gymmet, jag fokuserar b\u00e4st d\u00e5. Men jag har precis som de flesta lite hantlar och s\u00e5 hemma. THEN I really want to workout with company, she made \u200b\u200bme super motivated, the times I trained with her \u00a0both she and I \u200b\u200bdid lift heavier than we would otherwise do. But if I workout with a friend that talks more than she exercise I rather do the exercise alone and focusing on the exercise and then sees the friend after my workout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have any exercise equipment at home?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, not really. I usually work out at the gym, I focus best when. But I have dumbbells and at home, but I don&#8217;t use them that often \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tips on other great blogs?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My favorite blogs is in Swedish but you can use google translate if you want to read them \ud83d\ude42 Its Svettlukt and PT-Fia \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>What would you like to work with in the future?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When I have finished school, I will educate myself to a personal trainer and nutritionist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your goal with your training?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My goal is to feel good and and feel comfortable in my body. I have no particular goal weight, but I&#8217;m betting on the results I see in the mirror.
