Kolhydrater binder vatten s\u00e5 n\u00e4r du plockar bort dessa fr\u00e5n kosten kommer du tappa massa vattenvikt. S\u00e5 till en b\u00f6rjan med LCHF kost kommer man att g\u00e5 ner i vikt v\u00e4ldigt snabbt och sen kommer processen saktas in och man kommer g\u00e5 ner i vikt i en l\u00e5ngsammare takt. LCHF \u00e4r en livsstil och inte en diet &#8211; om du ska \u00e4ta LCHF f\u00e5r du g\u00f6ra det p\u00e5 heltid och inte bara under n\u00e5gra veckor. F\u00f6r att g\u00e5 upp ett kilo i fett m\u00e5ste man \u00e4ta 1000 extra kalorier ut\u00f6ver ditt vanliga kaloriintag varje dag i en vecka. S\u00e5 att du en dag f\u00e5r i dig lite extra kommer inte p\u00e5verka dina resultat negativt. <em>En d\u00e5lig m\u00e5ltid kommer inte g\u00f6ra att du g\u00e5r upp i vikt, och det g\u00e4ller detsamma med att en nyttig m\u00e5ltid kommer inte g\u00f6ra att du g\u00e5r ner i vikt.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hej! Will I gain back the weight again or will I keep the weight?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When you are eating LCHF you are going to lose weight very quickly the first few weeks. Carbohydrates binds water so when you remove these from your diet, you will lose lots of water weight. So to \u00a0the beginning in the LCHF diet \u00a0you will lose weight very quickly and then the process will be slowed down and you will lose weight at a slower pace. If you diet in 2-3 weeks you you will mostly lose water weight and when you start eating carbs again, the weight of water will likely come back. But of course you will lose weight but to lose weight quickly and then return to the same eating habits that you had before will not make you lose weight in the long run.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I eat healthy and exercise regularly, but something unhealthy such as\u00a0candy\u00a0\u00a0once \u00a0a week, does that affect my weight loss results?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No, it&#8217;s okay to indulge in sweets once a week. To gain one kilo of fat you have to eat 1,000 extra calories in addition to your normal calorie intake every day for a week. Then you will burn fat from your entire body and also at the armpit \/ shoulder blade. Good exercises are ex) Running, power walking and bicycling. It is high in protein which is great but there is often quite a lot of sugar in them.
