Jag har f\u00e5tt lite fr\u00e5gor om jag kan ge f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 vad man kan \u00e4ta till sina m\u00e5ltider ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r dessa s\u00e5 det t\u00e4nkte jag att jag skulle skriva om nu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sallader.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sallad i alla dess former. Det g\u00e5r att variera p\u00e5 hur m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt man vill. Det \u00e4r\u00a0fr\u00e4scht och l\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta och variera.<\/p>\n<p>En sallad kan l\u00e4tt bli tr\u00e5kig men jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att blanda min sallad och f\u00e5 med olika texturer i r\u00e5varorna som jag anv\u00e4nder. Blanda i exakt vad ni k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Ni kan b\u00f6rja att g\u00f6ra en standard sallad med roman sallad, ruccola, spenat eller vad nu era favorit \u00e4r, l\u00e4gg till lite gurka och tomat, kanske lite paprika och fr extra tuggmotst\u00e5nd kan det vara gott att sl\u00e4nga i lite n\u00f6tter och fr\u00f6n. S\u00f6t frukter som mango, vindruvor, jordgubbar och nektariner \u00e4r himmelskt gott att ha i salladen. \u00a0N\u00e5got som \u00e4r lite av min nya favorit \u00e4r att sl\u00e4nga i lite gojib\u00e4r i salladen. \u00a0F\u00f6r att lyxa till salladen lite extra kan det vara gott att ha n\u00e5gon ost i s\u00e5 som\u00a0\u00a0feta ost, parmesan eller halloumi som \u00e4r mina favoriter.<\/p>\n<p>Jag sj\u00e4lv har aldrig varit ett stort fan av dressing p\u00e5 min sallad men det kan vara j\u00e4tte gott att ringla \u00f6ver lite olivolja tillsammans med lite peppar och salt. Men det \u00e4r en smak sak hur vida man vill ha dressing eller inte!<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r enkelt att variera sin sallad, ta era favorit gr\u00f6nsaker s\u00e5 kommer det bli bra. Men dessa \u00e4r mina absoluta favoriter, s\u00f6tpotatis har jag h\u00f6rt ska vara riktigt gott men jag har inte hunnit testa det \u00e4nnu. Den \u00e4r helt fantastisk och alla som jag har bjudit p\u00e5 zicchini pasta har faktiskt tyckt att det \u00e4r godare \u00e4n vanlig pasta. I&#8217;ve got some questions if I could give any suggestions on what to eat \u00a0instead of these so I thought I would write about now.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salads.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salad is a gift sent from heaven. It is easy to vary in how many ways you want. It is fresh and easy.<\/p>\n<p>A salad can easily become boring but I try to mix my salad and get the different textures of the ingredients that I use. Mix exactly what you feel like. You can start to make a standard salad with romaine lettuce, arugula, spinach or whatever your favorite is, add a little cucumber and tomato, maybe some peppers and for extra bite, a tip to get some extra crunch is to throw in some nuts and seeds. Sweet fruits like mangoes, grapes, strawberries and nectarines are heavenly good to have in the salad. Something that is a bit of my new favorite is to toss in some goji berries in the salad. For a splurge, the salad a little extra, it can be good to have some cheese such as feta cheese, parmesan cheese or halloumi which are my favorites.<\/p>\n<p>I have never been a big fan of dressing on my salad but it can be really good to drizzle over a little olive oil with some pepper and salt. But it&#8217;s a taste thing how far you want dressing or not!<\/p>\n<p>It is easy to vary the salad, take your favorite vegetables, it will be fine. The salad is hard to fail!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roasted root vegetables.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carrots, parsnips, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, peppers, beets etc. But these are my absolute favorites, I have heard that sweet potatoes tastes amazing too but\u00a0I have not had time to try it yet. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, season with salt, pepper and add a dash of oil and then put them into the oven until they become wonderfully crispy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stir-fry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stir-fry vegetables and chicken, meat or poultry and mix in lots of wonderful vegetables. My favorite wok with chicken, \u00a0I published the recipe for a few days ago. You can read it <a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/2013\/01\/24\/chicken-thai-wok\/\">HERE.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Zucchini pasta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have not missed zucchini pasta, I hope? It is absolutely stunning and all that I have commanded the zucchini pasta&#8217;ve actually found it tastier than regular pasta.
