Men kommer jag direkt hemifr\u00e5n och inte har haft smink p\u00e5 mig hela dagen s\u00e5 sminkar jag mig inte f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 till gymmet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan du inte visa vad du har f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ningsskor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag har Reebok Zignano Fuse Train III. Men jag b\u00f6rjade tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 gym n\u00e4r jag var fjorton och h\u00e5rdtr\u00e4ningen p\u00e5 gymmet som jag k\u00f6r nu b\u00f6rjade jag med f\u00f6r lite mer \u00e4n ett \u00e5r sen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e4cker det med att tr\u00e4na 2-3 ggr i veckan f\u00f6r att g\u00e5 ner i vikt?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r perfekt! 3 dagar i veckan r\u00e4cker absolut f\u00f6r att du ska f\u00e5 resultat, gl\u00f6m inte att kosth\u00e5llningen spelar en stor roll n\u00e4r det kommer till tr\u00e4ning och resultat!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4r pullups effektiva?? Har en s\u00e5n st\u00e5ng d\u00e4r hemma\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_biggrin.gif\" alt=\":D\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JAJAJA! K\u00d6R H\u00c5RT BRUDEN!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r bra exempel p\u00e5 mellanm\u00e5l, att ha med p\u00e5 skolan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En frukt som ett \u00e4pple eller banan kan vara bra, kanske en liten burk med keso eller mini mor\u00f6tter eller en n\u00e4ve n\u00f6tter \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur mycket kondition tr\u00e4nar du i veckan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jag tr\u00e4nar kondition lite hela tiden, jag g\u00e5r power walks n\u00e4stan varje dag och jag har 1 eller tv\u00e5 timmar i veckan som jag \u00e4gnar \u00e5t kondition p\u00e5 gymmet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c4lskar din blogg men undrar och hoppas att du fortfarande har kvar veckans utmaning?\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/fitspooration\/wp-includes\/images\/smilies\/icon_smile.gif\" alt=\":)\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja men absolut har jag det! S\u00e5 fem dagars tr\u00e4ning totalt!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you have makeup on you when you exercise?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I usually gyms after school and dont go home in between, and when I get to the gym, I dont wash off my make up just because I&#8217;m at the gym. But if I coming from home and dont ware any make up I don&#8217;t put it on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can not you see what you have for training shoes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have Reebok Zignano Fuse Train III. I love them, they are super lightweight and also looks good!<\/p>\n<p><strong>How long have you been training so seriously as you do now?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve trained a lifetime, five days of training a week when I was around 9-10 years old and since then it has kept itself. But I started training at the gym when I was fourteen and hard workout at the gym as I do now, did I start with a little over a year ago.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is it enough to exercise 2-3 times a week to lose weight?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s perfect! 3 days a week is absolutely enough if you want to get results, do not forget that diet plays a big role when it comes to fitness and performance!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is pullups effective? Have one of those bars back home<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>YES YES YES!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are good examples of snack to have with the school?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A fruit like an apple or banana could be good, maybe a small jar with cottage cheese or baby carrots or a handful of nuts \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much cardio do you do per week?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I do it little conditioner all the time, I go power walks almost every day and I have one or two hours a week I spend on cardio at the \u00a0gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Love your blog but wonder and hope that you still have this week&#8217;s challenge?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>YesI have it!
