F\u00f6rra veckan satsade vi p\u00e5 starka armar och gjorde totalt 150 armh\u00e4vningar mellan m\u00e5ndag och s\u00f6ndag. Nu \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r en \u00f6vning som jag har lite hat-k\u00e4rlek till. Den \u00e4r rent ut sagt SKIT JOBBIG. Den h\u00e4r veckan ska vi g\u00f6ra Burpees.<\/p>\n<p>Vi ska g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga Burpees vi hinner med under 1 minut varje dag, totalt 7 minuters intensiv tr\u00e4ning d\u00e4r n\u00e4stan hela kroppens muskelgrupper involveras. S\u00e5 vad \u00e4r d\u00e5 en <em>burpee?\u00a0<\/em>f\u00f6r\u00a0En burpee kan l\u00e4ttas beskrivas som en kombination av en armh\u00e4vning och ett upphopp i korta ord. Jag har tyv\u00e4rr inte hunnit fixa en egen film p\u00e5 hur en burpees ska utf\u00f6ras s\u00e5 ni f\u00e5r en youtube film idag!<\/p>\n<p>Utmana era v\u00e4nner och se vem som klara av att g\u00f6ra flest p\u00e5 en minut. Last week we focused on the strong arms and made a total of 150 pushups between Monday and Sunday. Now it&#8217;s time for an exercise that I have little love-hate to. This week we&#8217;ll do Burpees.<\/p>\n<p>We will do as many Burpees we can in one minute each day, a total of 7 minutes intense exercise where almost all the body&#8217;s muscle groups involved. So what is a Burpee? A burpee can be lightened described as a combination of a push up and a jump up in the air \u00a0in short words. Unfortunately I have not had time to fix a home movie of how a burpee looks like but I will show you a video from youtube instead!<\/p>\n<p>Challenge your friends and see who is able to do most in a minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I would love if you left a comment and tell me how you are doing.
